RIDER PROGRAM

Official guidelines for BrandedBikers brand ambassadors. Read before you ride.

YOU REPRESENT SOMETHING REAL

Welcome to the BrandedBikers rider network. You've been selected because you're the real deal — a genuine member of the riding community, not a paid actor. That authenticity is everything. Our clients' brands are counting on you to show up, ride, and represent with integrity. This page covers what we expect, what we need from you, and what happens if you fall short. Read it. Know it. Live it.

RIDER RULES OF CONDUCT

01
WEAR YOUR MERCH

Branded gear must be worn visibly while riding during your campaign period. No stuffing it in a bag. If you're on the bike, the brand is on your back.

02
DOCUMENT YOUR RIDES

Every ride counts only if it's verifiable. You must log your mileage and submit your route for each campaign ride. No documentation, no credit.

03
SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS

Photos of you in the branded merch are required. Shots should clearly show the gear in natural settings — on the bike, at events, on the road. Staged photos are fine; blurry or gear-hiding photos are not.

04
RESPECT THE BRAND

You are a direct extension of our client's brand. Conduct yourself accordingly at all times while wearing or representing BrandedBikers gear. What you do in the merch reflects on the campaign.

05
MEET YOUR DEADLINES

Campaign submissions have deadlines. If you can't hit them, reach out before they pass — not after. Late or missing submissions affect your standing in the network.

06
COMMUNICATE ISSUES

If something goes wrong — gear doesn't fit, a ride falls through, life happens — contact us. We'd rather know early and adjust than be left guessing.

Zero tolerance for dishonesty. Fabricating miles, submitting fake routes, using photos taken out of context, or misrepresenting your rides in any way will result in immediate removal from the BrandedBikers network, forfeiture of any compensation or gear, and may result in legal action if a campaign client has been materially impacted. We check. We verify. Don't test it.

REQUIRED SUBMISSIONS PER RIDE

PHOTOS IN MERCH

Minimum 2 clear photos per ride clearly showing you wearing the branded gear. Photos must be taken during the actual ride or event — not before or after.

MILES RIDDEN

Total mileage for each campaign ride, verified by odometer reading, GPS app screenshot, or ride tracker export. Round numbers with no backup will not be accepted.

YOUR ROUTE

Start and end location, with any major stops or events attended. A GPS track, screenshot, or written route description is acceptable. Vague submissions will be returned for clarification.
